Sikkerhet og hygiene

Inspired Fitness har oppgitt sine retningslinjer for sikkerhet, og de ble sist oppdatert 15.1.24.

Tiltak for fysisk avstand

Indoor classes are limited to 20 clients to still allow for distancing of 10-12 feet. Virtually all classes are Zoomed online as well (exceptions are TRX and Aerial Yoga)

Ventilasjonssystem

Windows open and large fans indoors. High ceilings at 12 feet. Two medical grade HEPA Air cleaners to fully filter the air every hour.

Ekstra hygienetiltak

All equipment is thoroughly sprayed and disinfected after use. Only the client touches their own equipment. Indoor mats provided or bring your own. Please bring your own water.

Begrenset kapasitet
