The studio is well-ventilated and we open the windows and doors when classes have more people.

Our staff sanitizes all equipment during and after every class. You are also required to clean up your equipment after using it. Towels and spray bottles are provided for you to use.

Maximum Class Size is 30-35 People

You are required to clean up your equipment after using it. Towels and spray bottles are provided for you to use. Please return all used towels to the bin and the spray bottles back to the bench after your workout.
