Ventilasjonssystem

We have advanced ventilation throughout the premises through an industrial Daikin HVAC ducted Air Conditioning System with fresh air supply, return air, and exhaust air. Additionally, weather permitting, we keep the door open for fresh air in the Lounge and Reception areas.

Ekstra hygienetiltak

All equipment and high touch surfaces will be santitized between each class and between each use.

Kontaktfri innsjekking

Bookings are required for all classes and sign-in is required on the Ipads at Reception or in the training areas.

Utstyrsregler

Members must bring their own boxing gloves and hand wraps. Alternatively gloves can be hired for $5 and all equipment can be purchased in our merchandize shop at Reception.
