Everyone in class is provided with a cleaning towel and cleaning solution to wipe down their station, equipment, and StairMasters before trading with their training partner. All equipment and StairMasters are sanitized by our staff in between classes as well.

A maximum of 26 people can be booked into class at any time.

Equipment rentals are $2 per item. We also have each item needed available for purchase. No outside equipment (resistance bands or ankle cuffs) permitted
