To attend our workouts please bring:Proof of negative rapid antigen test (PoC) result or a negative PCR test result for Covid-19 no older than 24 hoursOR Proof of complete vaccination (2 weeks since the final dose)OR Proof of recovery from Covid-19 (not older than 6months)

Following our extensive hygiene protocol, there are no partner exercises and we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands before and after the workout. All material is provided. Our coaches are happy to help you and can give you more information before the class.
