She was very detailed when showing how to do certain exercises and the over all workout was very well structured! The gym itself was also very clean and very well maintained, the workout itself was really hard so do not underestimate it untill you try it! Thank you very much for an amazing experience, I have learned a lot 😊

Se alle anmeldelseneThom was really welcoming, and I appreciate that he emphasised on form before speed. Really interesting way to warm up with breathing exercise, followed by fun challenge to find ways standing without using arms. Only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the cardio. 🤣

The furniture, equipment and everything else is brand new and of high quality. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. And the coach super skilled and supportive! Great experience!

His background in both sports and physio gave me a lot of confidence, especially, since I've been dealing with issues in my cervical spine. Antonio listened carefully, adapted the excercises to my needs, and made sure everything was done safely and sustainably.
