Se alle anmeldelseneThere are lockers, shower, towels, water. Space is new, clean. Friendly staff! The format is very easy to follow: up to six people per “pod” w three stations. You move thru stations following a monitor demoing the exercises and guiding where to go. Nothing is crazy complex. There’s a trainer for form corrections for everyone in the room. I love the convenience!
