5 stars for Monika but 3 stars for Siro. I have been training with Monika for a while, her workouts are always fabulous. However I am started to get frustrated by Siro's management of letting latecomers into the classes, we are all on a time cap, so delaying a class by 10-15 minutes to let people in so they can setup their bikes is just not acceptable.

The nail techs Selene and Lisa (I hope I am remembering the names correctly) were great and having been to other nails techs, their technique was gentle and effective. Very polite staff and very nice massage. It was a bit hard to find the place, as there is construction outside the building and it doesn’t show. Needs to be clarified that the entrance is on the side on Duja Tower. However there is a driver who takes your car to a parking and it is very convenient.
