Se alle anmeldelseneThis morning’s class with Vance was exceptional! The sequence was thoughtfully designed, and the cueing was clear, precise, and easy to follow. It truly had everything—mobility, strength, flexibility, and a meaningful spiritual element that made the practice feel complete. The playlist was also fantastic and complemented the flow perfectly. I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and energized. Highly recommend!
