    Ruby was an amazing instructor and I appreciated the class as a reformer Pilates devotee, but this workout is crazy hard if you don’t have the core strength to hold up your body weight. If I did this regularly I would have abs of steel. Be warned!

    Thea’s class was excellent and she gave great corrections. The previous reviewer’s comments about being disorganized did not happen at all in my class so maybe it was just a one off event.

    Narissa was a great instructor and super funny. She was very involved and always adjusting us to make sure we had proper form so we wouldn’t injure ourselves, which I very much appreciated. She did count a lot though, and perhaps this is just my personal preference, but I’m not a huge fan when instructors overcount because then I focus more on the reps than the workout. I just prefer cues into the next set. Other than that, she was great and encouraging and I love how she incorporated a lot of cardio into the workout!
