During today’s class, I had a realization that while I may have an empty nest as my children begin their own lives, I also have a full heart as a proud father watching them spread their wings. As someone with 4B/4C hair, I always pay attention to how knowledgeable and gentle stylists are with textured hair, and I truly felt well taken care of from beginning to end. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. They even offered coffee, tea, and water, and I enjoyed a cappuccino while chatting with Dominique, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing and personal. I got the Naturia Hair Botox treatment (hopefully I’m spelling that right 😭), and my hair feels unbelievably soft, silky, and healthy. Dominique was extremely gentle throughout the entire process and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I really appreciated how communicative and caring she was. You can tell she’s genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about her craft. What also stood out to me was how accommodating everyone was, including the owner. Even after all the other customers had already left, Dominique still took her time with me and never made me feel rushed. The trim/cut I received actually wasn’t even included in the original service and was considered an add-on, but she still kindly did it for me and made sure my hair looked its best. She also gave me really helpful advice on maintaining and caring for my hair afterward, which I appreciated so much. The atmosphere was warm, professional, and welcoming, and I never once felt judged or uncomfortable. It’s honestly hard to find salons that make you feel this cared for, especially with natural textured hair, and this experience exceeded my expectations. I left feeling beautiful, confident, and genuinely happy with my results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and people who truly care about hair health and their clients! 💕
