The studio is spacious with lots of natural light coming in from the sunroof (lovely bonus). It is quite a drive from where I live so I might try out the Medford branch next time.

The flow is just what a needed, you could make it as hard or easy as you wanted definitely for all levels. I can’t wait for my next flow here.

Also special thank you to Michele who came up and introduced herself and checked in to see how me and my friend liked the class. I will have to take her kickboxing and cardio soon!
