I frequently lift but rarely do pilates and thought this was a great way to learn to focus on breathing and connecting to your core without stressing my body out. Instructor was great! Felt super inclusive and the studio is gorgeous.

Se alle anmeldelseneWhat a healing space and wonderful class. The studio feels like walking into an ancestral hug with all the handcrafted decor from Senegal. I never tried Yin Yiga before, but the extended poses make the class itself reflective and restorative. Carolina was wonderful and The sound bath was an added bonus!
