Se alle anmeldelseneWe learned some acrobatics and really cool kicks. The class was 20 min stretching, then 20 min drills of kicks (attacks) and escapes (defense). Then we paired up to practice different sequences for 15 min. After that we practiced our lessons in a playful sparring session amongst the other class mates. This was a great strength full body workout with cardio. Regardless of ability or fitness level the instructor makes you feel comfortable and is very patient. The instructor celebrates the smallest victory and encourages incremental progress.
