Alex was such a great instructor- she kept the energy up and gave great cues throughout the class. Reminded me of Bianca on the Alo app if anyone is familiar!

Se alle anmeldelsenethese classes are super tough, but so rewarding and worth it! you have the option to use ankle weights, hand weights, and resistance bands so the workouts can be as difficult as you prefer. i also really enjoy that the room is dark, candlelit, and that there are no mirrors

Her energy is contagious and she has a real gift for pushing you to find more in yourself than you thought you had. The classes are intense and will challenge you, but you’ll feel so good afterwards.
