But the instructor explained everything and checked in with me thru out the workout. In the end I felt like I got a great workout. It’s also two blocks from my apt. I’ll be back.

She gives clear instructions for the poses that you can follow whether you are a beginner or advanced. The class was very calming while still being a good workout. 5/5 I’ll definitely take more of Marisa’s classes!

Se alle anmeldelseneGreat workout! Instructor was great. He knew it was my first time and made sure I understood. Great explaining the workouts as well and making sure everyone was doing it right. Music was good. Only thing is there was a great warmup in the beginning but not a cooldown at the end. But I was able to stay and stretch afterwards on my own. But it was good. Glad I tried it. I see how people get obsessed with it.

He gave a lot of individual feedback to help make sure I was doing all of the exercises properly and also helped modify the exercises for me. This class seems good for all fitness levels. Instructor was motivating and caring. Always checking in and making sure I was feeling good while also pushing me to do my best. I recommend this place and I will definitely be back for more classes.
