The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. I really enjoyed it and got a great full body workout.

She has a very no-nonsense approach but she will offered corrections and tailor as best as she can. I will definitely be back for another class- I think I found my new studio!

It was an intimate class of 2 (me and another client) and we both felt like we received an equivalent amount of attention and care - Angelica made sure to adapt the exercises to where we felt the most comfortable. The studio was a bit hard to find but as long as you past the ups store to the left you’ll find unit 301 and be on your way.
