If you have never been to P2 it’s worth going to one of Jennifer’s classes. If you attend other reformer or mega former Pilates studios in the area, I definitely recommend Jennifer’s class to get the high caliber instruction and workout !

Se alle anmeldelseneThe class was a nice way to wind down the evening and the work week. I like how Robert walked the newcomers through expectations. The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

Se alle anmeldelseneSalsa on (NY style salsa) 2 is fun! I like it better than regular salsa on 1 (LA style salsa). I highly recommend taking both/or either classes though. Switching contexts can be a little confusing, but I wouldn’t let that stop you from trying.
