Se alle anmeldelseneCarolyn had really great cues and her pacing was in alignment with my full breath, which I appreciate because anymore these days I find that classes go far too fast. Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.

All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered. Thank you Nancy for the @ss kicking flow and reminding us to connect to our breath and our inner smile. I wish more cpy classes were like this!
