She does a lot of the workout with you so you don’t feel lost and always a great workout. Definitely a fun barre class that still works your muscles and gives that cardio punch. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Jess!

Se alle anmeldelseneMackenzie is such a good instructor! Her counts and encouragement is always so helpful. She is not too intense and pushes just the perfect amount while still being amped up. Playlist is always good. Very attentive instructor yet balances It well with making sure she’s showing the poses and flow a few times.
