    Jordan utilizes the gym space well with clear directions on the TV and writing on the mirrors—super helpful. She gives clear instruction and never overwhelms us with too many movements to remember. Her workouts are challenging and easily modifiable. Jordan is by far our favorite instructor at Body High!

    First Impression: Super Inviting, modern, open concept space with personable staff. Workout: Took 45-min Burn and playlist was upbeat and had variety. Low lighting was fun. Started sweating heavily 5 mins in. Leg weights and resistance bands provided. Locker rooms were stocked with hair and skin products, each locker has USB outlet. Bathroom stocked with deodorant and toiletries. Overall:Will return for easier class lol
