I usually don’t feel very challenged in most classes this one was definitely by the far the best I’ve taken and they had a variety of different classes as well.

She sticks with you through the whole journey and makes you feel safe and cared for. I travel a lot and this is a world class studio space and staff. Last but not least, the luxurious lavender towels at the end of the session really tops off the experience.

The sequence was smart and well thought out and she gave great adjustments to help with my alignment. Great job Jesse and thanks for the strong, new 6am classes!!
