The flow and transitions moved seamlessly into this another and as someone who’s been doing Lagree for a couple years the class was very challenging. Form was being cued throughout which is great for all levels. Definitely will be back!

The pace was great for the flow and restore class, as I was just getting back into yoga again and needed to get used to the hot room. It was seriously hot. I sweat a lot, which is great. Don’t forget to bring your own towel. Anyone new to hot yoga should know not to be afraid to take breaks when you need it. The darkened room with candles helps.. All in all, great small friendly studio in my neighborhood and I’ll be back.

It’s not just about high intensity movements, it’s about slow, purposeful movements that you feel to target that one specific muscle or part of that body. My biggest plus is that instructions were sooo clear! It allowed for minimal corrections and doesn’t slow the class down. Will definitely be back again!!
