Se alle anmeldelseneI absolutely loved Kiera’s class. She mentioned it was her first day, but I wouldn’t have noticed had she not said so. Her instruction on form was very helpful (lots of instructors at other studios don’t mention/critique form hardly at all), and the flow of the class/cadence in her voice was authentic and natural. My only critique was the music choice. A little too distracting. One instrumental, soothing song played during Shavasana that I loved and wished a playlist would have been based off of that song. Other than that, PHENOMENAL class. 👍🏼
