Se alle anmeldelseneEnjoyed this class in a beautiful studio. It was a very relaxing space. The class had a good flow - more vigorous than Yin, but more relaxed and slower paced than other classes. Only feedback I have is that it would be helpful for the instructor to give hands on adjustments, especially since the class is focused on alignment. There were only 5 students in the class so it wouldn’t been too difficult to do this. She should have at least offered commentary on our alignment, even if she prefers not to do adjustments.

I liked Natalie’s personality, she seemed genuine like nothing felt forced as far as her energy! You can tell she’s very seasoned & is just doing her thing, not trying to be like other studios. Studio was super clean and cute. I’m a personal trainer and group instructor myself, and I’ve been to many many classes/studios in this area and I liked this the vibe at this stu and this booty class, specifically was fire! I’ll be back when I’m back on the east coast 🔥

Yoga is so much more than asana and exercise and while Ali definitely stoked the fire within me with a powerful Ashtanga vinyasa sequence (e.g., we literally we fogged up the windows), she took the time to actually TEACH us something more. Starting the class with breath work and a dharma talk was a breath of fresh air not felt in many DC power classes. Can’t begin to express how much I loved it.

I was doubtful about taking a yoga class here because I assumed it wouldn’t be about the yoga. And while you don’t forget Alo’s goal is to sell you clothes, they have taken the time to seek out authentic souls to lead their yoga classes. Elana, the instructor, exudes authenticity and led a class that was the real deal. It was so much fun. Highly recommend. ❤️❤️❤️

The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!
