Se alle anmeldelseneI had good aerobic exercise by doing this type of yoga. it was fairly fast paced flow yoga in very warm (temp like 90-95deg). i am usually not a big fan of hot yoga but it was definitely good exercise. Jamie was a good instructor.

The members were also very friendly. I’m not sure if you could use the yoga room upstairs but I was there for a cooldown stretch and they had lululemon mats! Nice touch.

The instructors were very patient and open to questions if you didn’t understand a move or needed to go over a part of the choreography again. The space was very open and air conditioned which is appreciated cause i was sweating A LOT lol, it was a bit fast paced for me but I have never danced in a proper studio before. I liked how they were okay with mistakes and weren’t perfectionists or critical. 10/10 a great experience overall and a smooth entry too since i filled the forms online

The class is great for dancers of all levels and even people just wanting to have a good time. I have learned to be a better dancer and I’m so grateful for this community.

Deandra happily answered any questions and was enthusiastic even when I frequently messed up. The class seemed to move at a reasonable pace if you've had experience dancing but it was a little fast for me. However I still enjoyed it and I recommend anyone who wants to take dance classes to come here!
