Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first time trying a Saturday class (usually do early morning weekday ones). It was really busy so I recommend arriving early to get a good spot. The class moved quickly and was more challenging than I expected, but I still loved it.

Se alle anmeldelseneI enjoyed this class! It was equally as challenging as it was relaxing. I’ll definitely be back! Israel was very welcoming and personable: engaging in conversation outside of the session. He even sent me his playlist when I asked about it at the end :) I would highly recommend!
