Olivia takes the time to explain how to do different poses and isn’t afraid to help you make adjustments. I come out of her classes not only with a great workout, but with knowledge I can use in future classes!!! Highly highly recommend 😁

Se alle anmeldelseneFirst hot yoga class and it was amazing. Kendall was a great instructor and I loved the flow of her class. It is definitely important to listen to your body especially when you start feeling dizzy/faint. Overall I am motivated to come back and get better, I am happy there is a location in NYC!
