Se alle anmeldelseneThis particular class felt beginner level but it’s so incredibly hot in the room, that it was honestly ok. I would prefer a degree or two cooler for temperature, with a more challenging flow BUT the instructor is kind, thorough, and gives great cues/corrections which balanced out the experience for me. I recommend Mel to anyone exploring hot yoga!

Since I’m new to yoga, it really helped me learn and follow along. The front desk staff also gave me a tour and was so kind and welcoming. The space is beautiful, clean, and has such a great vibe. ✨

She really is passionate about yoga, the body and mind. She also plays the ukelele and a beautiful short song at the end of the class. I love it. 100% recommend :)
