It made the whole experience feel much more personalized. My therapist, Rosa, was lovely attentive, professional, and easy to feel comfortable with. She checked in about any areas I wanted to focus on, and throughout the session I felt taken care of. The massage itself was very relaxing I almost drifted off at one point.
