You need to wear socks for the hot cabin class! I didn’t know that on my first visit, but could thankfully borrow some. The exercises were really good for a medium intense training of the core, belly and legs. The space has a very modern and relaxing atmosphere, with cool music, the instructor was super fun and motivating! Will come back again!
