    I really enjoy Cansu’s Reformer Pilates classes. One of my favorite parts is the jump board. It adds a fun cardio element to the workout and gets my heart rate up while still challenging my muscles.

    De reformer les van Nathalie is echt geweldig: intens, gecontroleerd en verrassend pittig. Ze legt oefeningen duidelijk uit en corrigeert waar nodig, zonder dat het ongemakkelijk wordt. Je voelt dat ze weet wat ze doet. Ik kom hier iedere keer terug, beste in de regio!
