Se alle anmeldelseneI do pilates at home every week with just my body weight and this was barely my second class on an actual reformer machine and I LOVED every minute of it. I worked muscles in my body that I didnt know I could. Shiraz was amazing and provided so much one on one guidance and corrected my form when needed as well as give me praise when I did good withkout help which is very helpful and motivating when your new to this style of workout. I do plan on returning again with Shiraz🥰
