Just know this is not a super fancy place and my masseuse had to stop multiple times to help other clients and take calls. Also not very relaxing as it’s a bit loud and chaotic but if you’re fine with that and just really want a solid massage this place works!

I get that people have bad days, but the vibe from the gentleman working was just not okay. I said hi when I put my mat down and got zero response, just an eye roll. Then a student accidentally pushed some mats and shut the door, and he proceeded to huff and puff and roll his eyes again. I’ve worked at multiple studios and know that students should always be treated with respect and kindness. Weird is fine I love weird! but weird, unkind energy isn't. I’ll be back for Monica, but the gentleman working was very unkind and should receive feedback. I will also say the space was beautiful.

Definitely felt the burn in certain moves. Overall a manageable class if you have Pilates experience. I do wish the class was longer than 45min to get a longer workout.
