Sometimes they will flip you over do a little bit of neck/head and then feet. You can hear people coming in and out but it’s mostly quiet and a peaceful experience. i would highly recommend based on the price for what you get.

He also discovered a lot of my pain was actually my coming from my neck so he worked on releasing that.
