As someone with ADHD and insomnia, Julianna’s classes have helped me so much! Julianna is my #1 favorite Pilates instructor! I recommend her to everybody! As an instructor, she is attentive & super sweet. I appreciate how creative, enjoyable & challenging her classes are!

She always comes up with unique, challenging, but also fun flows which keeps me on my toes. I’ve noticed that I am and look a lot stronger since coming to Natalie’s classes, even though I’ve been doing Pilates for ~2.5 years. If you see this Natalie, thank you!
