F45 is the same movements (but more of them in less time) and you do get the personal attention you would get from a personal trainer. Love it! Also the music and overall vibe at this location are excellent.

Ryan was great guiding me throughout the workout because getting a hang of the stations and quick movements was a tad hard for me but something that with practice (and assistance)I could definitely see myself getting the hang of. Burned over 800 calories in 45 minute workout, it was tough but they demonstrated modifications for when you needed to take it down a notch. Highly recommend!

First of all, we were a couple minutes late and they made us feel welcome still, jumping in to help get admin and setup out of the way. During the workout, Shai was an amazing instructor :) the moments I was at my max there was encouragement, and Shai truly has a gift for knowing when to push and suggest a higher weight! If you're looking for a solid in and out workout that goes by quickly, F45 is great and the Largo location was especially inviting! P.S. playlists are great here too!

There were a lot of push up variations in the workout so my shoulders and arms are sore, especially since yesterday was arms and back day for me. Overall it was good and will probably come back.
