Se alle anmeldelseneI’m happy these pedicures from esme are offered on ClassPass but they have issues with inconsistencies in the service they offer and fees. This is my 4th pedicure here and one time they switched it for a dry pedicure because they didn’t have the right tech, one time re scheduled, one time she was able to do French for me in the booking window and 2 other times they said they didn’t have enough time, today I was charged for gel removal even though it was done by esme and I have never been charged before. My pedicure was also only 50 minutes. They just don’t have a good system.

The girls at the front desk were able to do a work around, but this is something that should be fixed with ClassPass. This is my first time getting a spray tan so I have no idea what to expect as far as the results go. So it’s hard to give a thorough review until I see how everything ends up looking. The appointment itself was quick and easy, and the ladies gave good education for aftercare.
