My only complaint is that I was charged $15 for going 3 minutes over my appointment time. My stylist did mention a charge for extra time was a possibility at the beginning of my appointment , but I have never been charged extra for time for a blowout in my experience, especially just being 3 minutes.

I was extremely pleased with the results! My lashes looked super natural, just better.
