The combination of sauna, cold plunge, infrared light with vibration plate and ending with hot tub… though the latter was not available today due to issues beyond anyone’s control, left me feeling rejuvenated. Everyone, including the staff, teacher, and other students were so friendly and welcoming. Annabelle is a great teacher and taught a really fun combination. The technical instruction was thorough — clean explanations of turnout, weight placement, and how to prep for a pirouette but there was also room to play. Arms had options depending on your comfort level, same with the turns. Energy-wise, the music had drive, the combinations moved, and by the time we hit grand allegro across the floor the whole room was smiling and a little out of breath. But it never sacrificed precision for excitement — you left feeling like you'd actually sharpened something. Highly recommend for anyone who wants beginner ballet that respects your intelligence and gives you room to grow.
