Se alle anmeldelseneMusic was such a great mix and it was so fun. The only thing I would change is that I would wear earplugs if you’re next to/facing a speaker. The music is loud and then the instructor yells over it which can be really loud if you don’t prepare.

I would suggested learning out to take the shoes off the pedals before getting on. I almost took the bike with me because I didn’t know how to get my feet off lol other than that it was good!

I’ve never taken him before, but boy is he on my top list of instructors for the future. Absolute ball. Hard but fun. And i loved his talks of encouragement. Thank you Kamelle!

I’ve taken cycle/spin classes before, both at other chains specializing in this exercise style or at multi-class gyms… I never got the chance to try SoulCycle, but it’s easy enough to keep up if you know the basics of spin/cycling and the instructor was helpful without making it obvious you’re visiting. Excited to go again!

Se alle anmeldelseneAlex wasn’t the instructor on this class this time (he is generally great). It was a woman and she was great! Gave very clear instructions and explanations on how to actually do the push up with the arms, hold the abs, and how we can tell if we are doing it correctly and so on! I was VERY happy with her class as a lot of times it’s hard to hear so clearly the instructors and not all of them explain clearly why we need to do the work out on a specific way and how we know if we are doing it right. She was by far the best instructor I’ve had in SoulCycle brickell! I hope she can give more classes there!

He’s fantastic about making sure you are comfortable, clear on the choreography, and explained to thoroughly before riding. The ride itself was fantastic! I spin every day, and I often don’t feel challenged any longer… so I was very excited to find an instructor that brought such amazing energy and also made me feel challenged, encouraged, and then I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and playlist!!! Thomas was so nice and invited me to ride with him again… So, I’m gonna come back again tomorrow! :)

Lots of choreography I had never seen before for my first time with David, and I have done 150+ rides. Wish there was a bit more peaks and valleys for the BPM but the instructor was passionate and it was great!

She really engages you, corrects your form, and teaches you how to push past your own limits. I love her fun music selections, as they are different from what this studio offers. It is much needed, as there is only so much Taylor Swift and Britney Spears that a girl can handle. I will say this, the front desk can use a little more work with their kindness, the cult like behavior and dramatics can be off putting. They should also do a better job setting the new riders up on their bikes as I am fearful they will sustain injuries. Anywho, just my 0.02 cents! Keep Ashleigh around BDSA, she’s a new instructor with so much potential.

Se alle anmeldelseneThis was my first time cycling ever and Keenan did such a wonderful job making us feel capable. They offer little earplugs because it does get loud in there (which helped a lot) and the staff was super nice and helped me set up for my first time, which I really appreciated. Keenan brought amazing energy and kept the pace up. I was mostly shocked at how I didn’t feel as tired as I expected through the workout. I also have asthma so I was a little worried, but I didn’t feel any pain at all during this workout. I’ll definitely be back :)

Vali has a GIFT for bringing the energy while also pulling the energy from the riders in the room. Some people were made to do this, and I can confidently say vali is one of them! Just overall good vibes every single time. Take her class you won’t regret it!

She constantly told people to sit if they couldn't go fast enough! I am not a beginner and I felt like I was being stared and pointed at if I wanted to get up! What happened to modifying, or trying so you can get better, or it being your journey! Also playlist was lame house music.
