Se alle anmeldelseneI don't know how to explain this, but handsdown he is the best yoga teacher, breaking down "too serious" stereotypes among yoga class, super refreshing humour and just perfect pace of movement, his story telling skill just exactly what we need to evoke that inner child to sit and listen, as if we're being told a bed time stories, I've been to many yoga classes but his earned a favourite in my heart (great music in the background too!). There are so much good things i can say about him, If only I'm not a tourist, i definitely be a regular in his class!

Se alle anmeldelsenePolina’s aerial yoga class was such an amazing experience! As an instructor, she creates a warm, welcoming environment where you feel completely supported - literally and figuratively. She breaks down every posture with clarity, making tricky inversions feel safe and approachable. I left feeling taller, lighter, and deeply relaxed. Couldn't recommend her classes more!

Se alle anmeldelseneAll the staff were lovely and the class was great. A good stretch but also challenging flexibility at points. Faine was an amazing instructor offering corrections, variations and pushing you to go further and challenge ourselves. One of my favourite hot yoga classes I’ve taken, and a great addition to any workout routine or a reset in the week.

VitalFit EMS Fitness Lab
VitalFit EMS Fitness & Wellness Centre Unit 5, Baltimore Wharf, LondonEMS Room 1
Se alle anmeldelseneI liked that the instructor explained everything and was adjusting the exercises and pace as we went on. There were only two machines so it felt almost like a 1-2-1 session. During the training it feels like your whole body is vibrating, which makes the exercise harder. You feel exhausted after 20 minutes.
