Se alle anmeldelseneIt was my first time to do hot yoga. The place is neat and nice the experience was amazing and the instructor was very helpful and comforting throughout the experience. I was hoping to get more clarity on the towels offered by the studio, I called before I arrived and they informed me that I should take my own mat, however, requirement was to use a towel instead and as I started with the mat it was so slippery and I couldn’t do the postures until I went out of the class and rented a towel.

She is great at providing variety within the lagree movements and is a great instructor overall. I highly recommend lagree as a workout and highly recommend Larisa. Once you try it out, you won't look back!

Se alle anmeldelseneIt was a lovely experience, i came at 6 am to see the sunrise, and the overall experience was amazing, from the calm atmosphere and water along with beautiful sunrise. It’s all you need to recharge for the day. 100% would recommend, Definitely coming back again :)

Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
