Ladye Viv was so fun, kind, and supportive and I felt motivated to push myself to try the more difficult mods even on my first time doing this workout. It felt challenging but attainable. Definitely will be going back !

But I’m grateful for the experience, the energy of everyone else who took the class and most of all the incredible instruction Charley provided! This was not my first class with her and definitely won’t be my last one!!

One complaint I do not know how to get to the building class pass give us the code to buzz as you give address please. Thank you
