Unique poses & transitions. Definitely more Hatha than Vinyasa imo, but holding poses for longer is challenging! I was still able to be present because my muscles were working so hard LOL

I would go to this class every week if my schedule allowed. The sound bath is glorious, the energy in the room is calm and nourishing. Love, love, love this class and studio.
