Se alle anmeldelseneIt was my first time taking IHP at Switch! Candice was such a friendly and welcoming instructor (just like everyone else in the studio). The class was challenging but in SUCH a good way!!!! Candice's exercises were soo fun yet so effective. I felt like I got such a good work out in. Her playlist was amazing and I really enjoyed it! I immediately booked the next IHP class with her after I got into my car! I am looking forward to trying other instructors who teaches IHP and highly recommend this class and Switch Fitness studio if you're in search of a new workout/yoga studio!!!

Se alle anmeldelseneOpen Jazz had a warm up and dance that they’ve been working on the last few weeks. I’d rate the class more as intermediate/advanced but it was tons of fun with no pressure to perform super well. Ana had great energy and was helpful throughout! If you need to go over certain parts, you have to be proactive and ask because she often is doing the dance with us so she doesn’t see much of the areas we struggle with. Overall, great experience! I would definitely want to come back again and possibly warm up with the class before (turns).
