I don’t understand what the purpose of the assist cards was if the instructor is not going to make any adjustments if you have yours flipped to “I am open to adjustments.” I liked her sayings and felt like she had a good spirit, had been leading yoga for a while. We also had an assistant for this class and at the beginning they asked if folks were ok with being touched / have their posture adjusted. I liked the flow of the class and Gena would offer modifications for certain poses so I did what was comfortable for my body. They provide blocks and blankets. You have to bring your own mat (maybe there’s one to rent but I didn’t check) and I’d recommend bringing a towel cause my mat was getting slippery from sweat. The room is heated to about 80-85 degrees which didn’t feel too hot but does get your warm for the practice and during as well.

The trainers demonstrated how to do the workouts before class starts and they walk around correcting form as you are completing the work outs, which I loved! There’s 45 second circuits and we did 10 stations, 3 times. Great workout and the trainers were really friendly! Would recommend!

The music was the right volume to where I could hear what she was saying and the pace of the class was something I could follow along as a beginner to these spin classes. Special shoutout to the front desk staff Priscilla who went over all the settings on the bike and showed me how to clip on and off the bike. That was incredibly helpful during the class when the instructor would ask us to change the settings as we’re riding. She also gave us a cold towel at the end of class. This was my first time at this studio and I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of their other class variations like strength and barre.

As I am a beginner I did struggle quite a bit but she made me feel confident throughout the class assisting me with my postures. The temperature of the room was amazing as it wasn’t too hot where I was concerned of any sort of problems which I really enjoyed. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Overall for it being my first yoga class I really enjoyed it I would definitely recommend this class for anyone who is interested!

Se alle anmeldelseneI liked how Kelsey made me feel welcomed! It was my first class and i was nervous at first bc i didn’t know what to expect besides that what I’ve seen on their IG. Parking was easy in the residential area. When i arrived, they were very welcoming! I was able to rent shoes for $3 and given a tour before class started. The front desk girl helped me and was very nice. She helped me with finding the lockers and helped me clip the bike with my shoes. During the class, you really sweat and there were times where i needed to take breaks bc i haven’t done cycling like this. I liked how it was a smaller class in the morning. I liked the dark room too with lights. Felt like a rave! The only thing con i had was that the rental shoes were hurting my feet during cycling and maybe will size 1/2 a size up or if i stick with cycling, I’ll invest in my own shoes.

It was a smaller class size which made it so each student got personalized attention and the push we needed to keep going. The coach provided modifications for some of the moves as needed and his energy was contagious! The class definitely was a full body workout with the heart rate being up from the warm up segment through the 8 rounds of boxing and then the final floor core section. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends :)
