Se alle anmeldelseneVery unlike any other movement classes I've done before, almost like a moving meditation. Lots of small, repetitive movements with a focus on tuning into noticing sensations in your body. Tbh I found the class pretty boring but I did notice a huge improvement in my knee pain the day after class, so overall had a positive experience!
