Her classes are smooth as butter. Her communication ability is top-notch as well - her voice sends me into a trance. I love her classes and is the reason I came back to Lagree.

Se alle anmeldelseneA super challenging, fast paced low impact class. The core work is amazing, and overall full body workout. There are lots of modifications for scaling challenge. I also love the simplicity of just a room with an instructor, mirrors and reformers. Will be back!
