Se alle anmeldelseneThe class was great. She assisted all of us with some of the poses. She gave pointers and some variations depending on your level. She even explained how a left-handed like me would be more stiff on my dominant side and suggested some stretches to help with it. Most members were foreigners and she did the class in both Japanese and English. Overall a great experience and would definitely be back. Thank you, Mika-san!

She not only demonstrated the poses and proper form so I could follow along, but also corrected and assisted me with several poses throughout the session. I really appreciated her support and guidance. I will definitely be coming back again.

Se alle anmeldelseneとても綺麗なスタジオで前面のガラス窓からの景色も素晴らしく、気持ちよく、年明け初ヨガができました。あまりやることのないアーサナも入っていて、気づきが多く、知らない先生のクラスを受けるのも良いものだと思いました。他のクラスも色々受けてみたいです。本日はありがとうございました。
